Here a some freeware software that let you connect to channels that stream tv and especially live sports events. Includes all channels such as the Champions League, Uefa cup, Wrestling MTV and custom stations such as gamerTV .
Sopcast - Click the link, download, unzip and select Sopcast.exe. Double click a stream/channel and it should automatically open up in WMP.
Pplive - Click the link, download, run and go here to see the channels list (does not come with the software).
